Our staff will verify insurance benefits and obtain authorizations prior to your procedure. Payment of deductibles and co-payments are due at the time of service. A member of our surgery scheduling team will call you prior to your procedure, to let you know how much your co-payment will be. We accept all major credit cards and personal checks.

You will need to arrange transportation for yourself after your procedure, as you will not be allowed to drive. You may utilize a car service, but you must be accompanied by an adult to ensure that you arrive home safely.

If you cannot keep your scheduled procedure, please contact us 48 hours prior to your procedure.

If you experience any changes in your health prior to your appointment such as, pregnancy, cough, fever or a cold, contact our office immediately.
